The Yawa Aquatic + Leisure Centre, located in Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula, is a premier aquatic and wellness destination designed to cater to the diverse recreational, fitness, and social needs of the community. "Yawa," meaning "to swim" in the local Indigenous language, pays tribute to the traditional owners of the land, the Bunurong/Boon Wurrung people, honouring the area's cultural heritage while fostering community engagement.
The facility offers an array of high-quality amenities, including a 50-meter Olympic-size pool, a dedicated learn-to-swim pool, warm water exercise and therapy pools, and a spa, sauna, and steam room for relaxation and rehabilitation. A state-of-the-art gym, group fitness studios, and wellness spaces add to the centre’s fitness offerings, supporting an inclusive environment for all ages and fitness levels. The expansive indoor and outdoor recreational spaces are designed to encourage healthy, active lifestyles in a welcoming community hub.
