Hawthorn Town Hall Redevelopment

The project involves the $16 million redevelopment of the Hawthorn Town Hall into a community centre and arts precinct for the City of Yarra. The project required detailed analysis of existing conditions and infrastructure and the integration of ‘old’ and ‘new’. It required analysis and assessment of all the site fabric and objective assessment of retention and future use for the community.
