Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre

The Gurri Wanyarra Wellbeing Centre features four pools including a 50m indoor lap pool, a learn to swim pool in combination with a leisure/toddlers pool and a hydrotherapy/exercise pool with two spas, one specifically designed to enable full wheelchair accessibility and as with many of our centres, water play activities will feature prominently. The concepts and designs were developed following considerable community consultation as well as a variety of interested groups including aged care, recreation, youth, disability, education and health, to provide relevant advice on behalf of the community. They also assisted the project team in the planning and design of the project and in attracting relevant funding from government, corporate and community sources. This new development will serve the fast growing area south of Bendigo as well as the wider regional community.
