Pivot House, a striking 17-storey development in the heart of Geelong, showcases Peddle Thorp Architects and RPC’s commitment to blending modern design with local heritage. Developed by Pellicano, Pivot House includes 87 self-contained apartments at Quest Geelong Central and 63 build-to-rent dwellings on the upper floors, offering both corporate travellers and long-term residents a stylish and comfortable place to stay. The building’s distinctive brick façade pays homage to Geelong’s architectural roots, while the design balances functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal—creating a welcoming space that integrates seamlessly with its urban surroundings.
