Each member of our team is carefully selected for their unique skills, potential, and ability to contribute to the environment in which we live and work. Furthermore we always strive to keep up to date with current trends and advancements and to continually develop our skills and knowledge base.

Martin Hall

Martin Hall

Director

Martin Hall holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons), Bristol University, England, Master of Arts in Architecture, Royal College of Art, London, England and is a Member of the Royal Society of Designers. Martin is a Technical / Project Director, responsible for the documentation and delivery of a wide range and scale of work from the master planning of international educational campuses to multi-storey commercial towers and luxury residential projects with an emphasis on the Middle East. Over the last few years he has, together with our expat staff stationed in Qatar, been responsible for the design of a number of innovative, cutting edge projects in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Qatar.
Rob Page

Rob Page

Director

Rob Page brings a wealth of experience and expertise in architectural design and project management to Peddle Thorp Architects. With a proven track record of delivering innovative and award-winning projects during his time at SHoP Architects, Rob has honed his skills in conceptualization, collaboration, and execution. His ability to integrate client visions with architectural innovation ensures that each project exceeds expectations. Rob is a registered architect in Australia with experience working in New York, London, Sydney, Melbourne, and Tasmania. He graduated with a Master of Architecture from the University of Tasmania and later went to study Professional Practice in Architecture at the Bartlett School of Architecture in London, receiving distinction.

Principal

Socrati Seretis is a Principal and Senior Design Architect with Peddle Thorp, with extensive foreign experience in the UK and Middle East. His portfolio of work covers Hospitals and Health Science, Residential, Aquatic & Leisure, Retail, Aquariums and iconic Commercial Towers. His strengths are establishing client-architect relationships to help deliver a ‘Vision’, a vision that captures the soul and character of a scheme that tells a story and has the ability to evoke an emotional response. A creative mind, critical eye and honed skills in the latest 3D architectural software are the tools Socrati shares with all his projects.
May Chung

May Chung

Principal

May Chung is a Principal and Team Leader / Project Architect with Peddle Thorp. During her time with us, May has been responsible for and worked on the documentation and delivery of a range of projects including commercial and residential. Her project experience includes the Pinnacle Apartments in Doncaster, Penleigh and Essendon Grammar's Gymnasium and Arts Complex and the QNB's Dukhan Branch – showcasing her ability to deliver projects of any size or scale. May holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Melbourne and is a Registered Architect in Victoria.
Courtney Sung

Courtney Sung

Principal

Courtney Sung joined the company in 2006. Since then, Courtney has, in the role of Lead Designer / Team Leader, delivered a range of projects from commercial to residential. More recently Courtney has led the team in the delivery of a range of upgrade works at Melbourne Airport ensuring the airport remains world standard. Courtney has a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) and a Bachelor of Construction Management (Hons), and this, together with his extensive project portfolio makes him an expert and skilled Team Leader and member of the company.
Robert Alessi

Robert Alessi

Senior Associate - Sports & Leisure

Rob Alessi is a Senior Associate who has been a part of the team at Peddle Thorp since 2011. Rob is also a Team Leader and Project Architect with our specialist 'sports team', assisting with the Design, Documentation and Contract Administration services of a number of our sports, stadium and leisure projects. In this role, Rob has delivered over 20 sports and community facilities including recently completed projects for YAWA, East Keilor Aquatic Centre and Bendigo Multipurpose Facility and is team leader on current projects on Surf Coast Aquatic & Leisure Centre and the Bacchus Marsh Sports & Aquatic Precinct.
Robert Abajas

Senior Associate

Robert Abajas is a Senior Project Manager with the company and one of our most expert and experienced Sports Team members. Rob’s expertise has helped see the successful delivery of a number of our most iconic and recognized sports and community facilities. Rob has continued his ‘education’ with a number of international trade conferences and seminars – ensuring we gain the knowledge necessary to maintain world’s best practice.
Garry Calderwood

Senior Associate

Garry Calderwood is a Senior Associate with the company and has been with us for over 32 years. As Senior Associate / Team Leader / Project Coordinator, Garry’s role involves the documentation, coordination and delivery of some of our largest and most complex and technically challenging projects including Hewlett Packard Headquarters in Springvale and the Bosch Australia Headquarters in Clayton. Garry has a Bachelor of Architecture (Hons) from the University of Auckland.

Senior Associate - IT Manager

As well as having a bachelor of Architecture, Elio Mirabelli is our IT Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office IT systems and servers. Elio also ensures that we remain abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software and technology and its application and introduction into our management systems.
Mark Pascuzzi

Mark Pascuzzi

Senior Associate

Mark Pascuzzi is a Senior Associate with Peddle Thorp. Having joined us in 2006, Mark has become an experienced and invaluable Team Leader responsible for the documentation and project delivery of a large number of residential and commercial projects including the Denton Mills Apartments in Abbotsford, Building 83 Refurbishment and La Manna Direct, both at Essendon Fields. Mark also spent three years in the Middle East heading the Oasis Hospital Team.
Anthony Radl

Since joining HSPC Health Architects in 2010 as a Project Architect, Anthony has been responsible for the delivery of numerous commercial and large-scale residential projects, as well as maintaining a continued involvement in health. Projects worked on include from the highly complex Toyota Manufacturing Facilities redevelopment in Altona and other organisational office facilities, to multi-storey apartment buildings and townhouse projects as well as other typologies, Anthony brings a level of experience which has transformed and progressed to other projects. His background and attention to detail makes Anthony an invaluable member of the team.

As the Administration Manager at Peddle Thorp, Elizabeth Kules works with our Administration Team to ensure the smooth day to day running of the company. She also collaborates with the Directors and Marketing Team to prepare and produce our presentations and submissions and to help promote the firm.
Lou Butrakoski

Lou Butrakoski

Senior Documentor

Lou graduated with an Associate Diploma in Architectural Drafting and an Advanced Diploma in Building Design from NMIT. Having Joined Peddle Thorp Architects in 2007 as a CAD/REVIT Technician, Lou is an integral and respected member of not only our staff, but also of the delivery team, having worked on the documentation of over 200 buildings. Lou has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including: Melbourne Aquarium, Dubai Mall Aquarium, Cairns Aquarium, Toyota Powertrain Redevelopment and the renowned RMIT Design Hub.
In more recent years, Lou has expanded his expertise into the healthcare sector and is involved in multiple hospital projects, making him one of our most valuable and respected staff. A dedicated and driven expert, Lou consistently delivers precision and productivity.

Having joined us in 1999 from New Zealand, Slave Slavkoski is a Documenter in charge of coordinating and providing documentation of a number of major projects. Slave's project experience includes a range of our sports and community projects such as YAWA Rosebud; MARS Stadium, Ballarat; South Australia State Aquatic Centre; SPLASH @ Craigieburn; HWT Melbourne; F2 National Foods, Docklands; 15 William Street Melbourne to name a few. Slave's qualifications include a Diploma of Architectural Technician, Civil Engineering School, Skopje, Macedonia.

With over 23 years of experience in the Building and Construction industry, Dai has worked for a range of Architects and Builders prior joining Peddle Thorp in 2007. Since joining PTA, Dai has been involved in a number of large projects, both nationally and internationally. Well versed in construction techniques from structural components to the fine details of joinery and cabinetry, Dai is an invaluable member of our documentation team. With project experience in multi residential, high rise and ‘warehouse’ commercial, schools, aged care, hospitality and retail design, his project portfolio is diverse and wide ranging.

Having started at Peddle Thorp in 2016, Matthew is a Senior Revit Technician with extensive experience in our sports and aquatics sectors, having played a crucial role in the successful completion of a number of our most complex and challenging projects.
Matthew’s expertise ensures project quality, compliance with regulations, and efficient workflows are met and are a reflection of his commitment to innovation and quality.

Jit Mishra

CFO

Jit (Jitendra) is a qualified CPA (Australia) and a Chartered Accountant (India). As the Chief Financial Officer, Jit is responsible for overseeing the Group's Finance and Accounts department, including coordination and administration. Jit Works closely with directors, other executives and stakeholders in co-ordinating informed financial decisions. Additionally, along with working directly with staff, Jit manages department resources and processes, contributing to project delivery.

Administration & Accounts Assistant

Thomaista is an Administrative Assistant for the Peddle Thorp Group. As a long serving employee, Thomaista provides administration support across the board, ranging from reception relief, assisting the accounts department, and organising bookings for in-house formal CPD and product presentations, together with a variety of tasks to help with the smooth running of the office.

Having joined the Admin. Team in 2004, Thuy has continued to grow into her position with the firm and is an invaluable addition to the Administrative / Accounts Departments, helping to ensure that things run smoothly. Thuy also provides Reception and support services as required to the Group.

Having Joined Peddle Thorp in 2015, Stephen is a Registered Architect and member of our Design Development Team, working on a number of sectors across the office. Most recently Stephen has played a pivotal role in our specialist ‘sports team’. In this role Stephen has worked on the design development and documentation of a range of projects from residential towers to retail developments and sports facilities.

Sarah Crozier

Architect

Sarah is a registered Architect who has worked on a diverse range of projects including the Oasis Hospital, Scots Church development and the Cairns Aquarium. Sarah has a Masters of Architecture from Princeton University USA, a Bachelor of Architecture (First Hons) and Bachelor of Building Science, both from University of Wellington NZ. Throughout her career Sarah has maintained a keen interest in architectural education and has undertaken multiple teaching engagements at institutions including RMIT and University of Melbourne.
Alex Davies

As part of our Sports & Community Architecture Team and in his role as Project Architect, Alex has been responsible for the day-to-day delivery of a growing portfolio of projects. Alex has also worked on a number of residential, mixed use and commercial projects both in a design development role and in a documentation role. His meticulous approach makes him an invaluable member of the Peddle Thorp Team.

Since joining Peddle Thorp Architects in 2017, Ana has been an integral part of the documentation and delivery team, contributing her expertise to a diverse range of architectural projects, spanning sports centres, hospitals, residential high-rises, Transport and commercial developments. She is a registered architect in Brazil and has further enriched her knowledge by completing a master's degree in interior design in Barcelona, Spain.

Arfann Ali is a Project Architect / Senior Documentor and registered architect, working on a range of commercial projects. Most recently Arfann has been part of the Melbourne Airport team, working on a range of upgrade works across the various Terminals, all delivered during the challenges of COVID. Arfann has both a Bachelor and Masters in Architecture from RMIT.

Mahita is an experienced project leader and designer who is passionate about creating human-centered solutions. Her qualifications and experience in architecture, interior design, and construction give her a unique perspective on the design, detailing, and integration of building exteriors and interiors. Over the course of her career, Mahita has successfully led complex and large-scale projects through all stages of development, from planning and design to delivery, in the residential, sports, and commercial sectors.

Having joined us in 2017, Ruth is a pivotal member of our documentation and delivery team. Her expertise, attention to detail and professionalism an integral part of our level of project accuracy and dependability. Whilst Ruth has worked on a range of projects with PTA, she is currently an invaluable member of the ‘residential’ team.

Wenting joined Peddle Thorp Architects in 2021 after graduating with a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne. Wenting initially worked on several residential, health, and mixed-use projects as part of a design and delivery team. Wenting has since expanded her skills joining the Sports and Aquatics team where she has become an integral and invaluable team member. Wenting has been involved in numerous large projects, contributing her skills to various stages of documentation, from design concept to tender packages and has advanced to the role of visualization and VR experience.
George Avraam

Joining Peddle Thorp Architects in 2021, George has brought a wealth of knowledge across the feasibility, concept and town planning stages of projects. George works across the Peddle Thorp and HSPC design teams to create architecture which envisions a connection to its place to produce meaning through these designs. With degrees in Architecture, Urban Design and Urban Planning, and having worked as an Urban Designer, George brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the design team. George was also awarded a Commendation in the 2022 Graduate Prize (Victorian Chapter) by the Australian Institute of Architects.
